Dr Oylun then pursued her doctorate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the same institution, which she successfully completed in 2017.
Her doctoral thesis titled “An In Vitro Study on the Effect of Direct Current Application on Bacterial Adhesion on Titanium Alloy Surfaces” focused on preventing bacterial infections commonly encountered on titanium alloy surfaces, such as dental implants.
Currently, Dr Oylun is also an active member of the Turkish Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as the European Association for Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, an additional testament to the quality of her practice. The treatments offered by Dr Oylun include:
